POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and managing multiple large and complex projects in collaboration with project team members and cross departmental stakeholders. Previous experience in a healthcare plan environment is expected. The PM will be accountable for delivering project solutions within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, utilizing project management standards. Responsibilities also include providing project management leadership, establishing and maintaining effective project management tools and practices for various types of projects, such as operational, strategic, integration, or transformation projects. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions as part of a cohesive team is crucial. Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly with executives and physician teams, are essential. A background in population health is preferred.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years in Project Management with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong leadership skills and ability to facilitate cross functional teams preferred.
Strong communication (written/verbal) skills.
Must be able to operate in a team focused environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong background in analyzing data.
Strong background in population health
Experience working in Medicaid (MCO)
Can be located anywhere in US
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree or higher or equivalent experience
