The Royal Caribbean Group’s Health Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time manager Health Ops reporting to the Director Health Ops Strat & PM
This position will work on-site in Miami Florida
POSITION SUMMARY:
The manager Health Ops will oversee the daily operations of medical facilities across multiple cruise ships ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality healthcare administrative and operational services This role requires coordination with onboard medical teams adherence to operational standards and implementation of quality assurance programs to enhance patient care and safety The Medical Practice Manager will act as the primary liaison between shipboard medical teams and shoreside leaders for non-direct patient care matters
QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration Business Administration or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred8 years of experience in operations preferably in healthcare
- maritime or remote settingStrong knowledge of healthcare regulations quality assurance standards
- and operational best practices is preferred
- Proven experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean and Six Sigma strongly preferredExcellent organizational leadership
- and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time onboard cruise ships
