ABOUT THE ROLE
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to join our Australian team on a permanent basis.
Located at our QLD headquarters in Brisbane, you will be instrumental in strategically partnering with senior leaders and line managers across our East Coast operations. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert HR guidance to both operational and functional teams, driving workforce engagement, fostering high-performing teams, and ensuring effective performance management.
Your role will also involve supporting senior leaders in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and promoting a positive work environment across the Australia-Pacific region.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing strategic guidance and support to enhance organizational performance within the Mining Services and Supply Chain sectors;
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, to maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment;
- Lead and support change management initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions and adaptation to new processes, systems, or organizational structures within the business areas;
- Utilize HR data and metrics to analyze trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
