JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, HRIS will be responsible for the oversight of the HRIS platform and other HR related systems. Will be responsible for delivering HR data reporting and related human capital analytics. Ensure a high level of data and process integrity in the day to day use of the HRIS, facilitate end user training, and provide effective and efficient customer service to internal users.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four plus years of HCM experience with experience in multiple modules such as recruiting, payroll, compensation, or position management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years PeopleSoft query and reporting experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases or willingness to learn
Proficient experience with PeopleSoft or other ERS system.
Advanced knowledge in Excel, including use of pivot tables, charts, and graphs

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages the daily functions of the HRIS Staff to include the HRMS Analyst and HRIS Coordinator.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees. Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.
  • Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
  • Responsible for Federal, State, and BOR required reporting. Compiles or assists with acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and HR staff.
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects. Facilitates migration to a unified HRIS if required (working with USG SSC).
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications. Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
