The Manager of HR Ops Programs will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR programs and projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives. This role will lead initiatives to optimize program effectiveness, improve HR processes, and enhance employee experience while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong program management and leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR operations, and the ability to work cross-functionally. This role requires a strategic thinker passionate about optimizing HR Operations processes (including Recruiting Operations, HR Shared Services, Global Mobility, Compliance, and Contingent Workforce) in a fast-paced environment.
