KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resource Management or Business or Accountancy and any related disciplines is preferred.
  • Minimum 9 to 11 years hands-on experience in payroll.
  • Experience in outsourcing firm with strong client servicing skills is preferred.
  • Must have prior people management and supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in payroll software such like HR2000, P2U, SAP, Workday, familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Work closely with the Head of Department and Senior Manager to manage all matters of the respective teams, especially in daily deliverables to provide quality service to clients and promote efficiency, teamwork and collaborations in the team. He/she is responsible for ensuring daily accuracy, timely and efficient delivery of payroll related services; sensitive to potential risks and implement mitigation plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide project management schedule, conduct service overview with clients and establish agreed processes to achieve effective and efficient delivery. Ensure client documentation is created and develop a clear process for updating.
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of staff to ensure delivery of effective and efficient services to clients.
  • Ensure payroll process & services quality are delivered in accurate & timely manner.
  • Perform banking authorisations and bank reconciliations.
  • Respond effectively and on a timely manner to clients’ requests, feedback, escalations and perform service recovery.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and develop client relationship development plans.
  • Advice clients on payroll related issues.
  • Establish internal control.
  • Review system access/data access. Ensure client data is maintained with integrity.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
