You excel in building relationships, solving complex challenges, and driving key HR initiatives that are crucial to the companies growth. Your ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels ensures that our core values are demonstrated and celebrated throughout the organization. As our HR manager, you collaborate closely with the HR team, functional stakeholders, business partners, and leaders across the company. You provide frontline HR support and are instrumental in delivering people-related programs and initiatives that reinforce our core values and contribute to a positive work environment. With a focus on data-driven decision making, you use HR Analytics to inform strategies and measure success. Your creativity, “roll up your sleeves attitude,” and hands on approach make a significant impact everyday, driving the success of our HR initiatives and helping to shape the future of Le Creuset.

EXPERIENCE

Preferred

• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations, focusing on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology systems to drive efficiency.
• Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations issues, drive strategic HR initiatives, and manage change
• 5 year(s): Proven HR experience.

• Bachelors or better
