As our HR manager, you collaborate closely with the HR team, functional stakeholders, business partners, and leaders across the company. You provide frontline HR support and are instrumental in delivering people-related programs and initiatives that reinforce our core values and contribute to a positive work environment. With a focus on data-driven decision making, you use HR Analytics to inform strategies and measure success. Your creativity, “roll up your sleeves attitude,” and hands on approach make a significant impact everyday, driving the success of our HR initiatives and helping to shape the future of Le Creuset.
EXPERIENCE
Preferred
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations, focusing on compliance and risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology systems to drive efficiency.
- Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations issues, drive strategic HR initiatives, and manage change
- 5 year(s): Proven HR experience.
