We are looking for a Manager, Human Resources who will join our team of professionals in the MacGregor’s family. Are you a communicative, initiative-taking and organised person who is looking for new challenges?
In this role you will be a key partner in further developing our businesses and an important support for the Management teams/Leaders. Your responsibility will be to link the Division/Function specific needs and views to the MacGregor HR strategy. In addition, the HR Manager provides local operational support for MacGregor Sweden dedicated management teams and managers.
You will work in close collaboration with Global MacGregor HR network & HR service centre, Division/Function management team. The role is part of our Cargo Access Solution (CAS) and Lifting & Machine Solution (LMS) Business Lines Management teams, and reports directly to the HR Director, Equipment and Solutions Division. The position will be located close to one of our main sites in Göteborg or Örnsköldsvik , Sweden.

COUNTRY SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide local operational and tactical support and advice for MacGregor units and support the dedicated management teams and managers with HR topics, initiatives, and coaching
  • Implement and support the development of strategies, initiatives, policies, and programs that align with MacGregor People’s strategy and business goals.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain local HR policies, ensuring ongoing legal and MacGregor company-level compliance
  • Oversee compliance responsibilities, such as payroll, pensions, insurance, data protection, etc. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to local HR practices and global policies
  • Work in collaboration with relevant parties to ensure cost-efficient and reliable payroll operations
  • Drive the local salary review process in alignment with the global agenda. Ensure, where needed, the local market salary benchmark analytics
  • Lead organizational and restructuring changes in the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Division/Function specific needs and views to the MacGregor HR strategy definition work
  • Ensure implementation and application of the agreed HR policies, processes, and programs within the Division/Function
  • Define and develop an annual HR plan, objectives and appropriate HR programs for the Division/Function together with the Division/Function management team
  • Support the Division/Function management in defining a mid to long term workforce plan, successor and talent pipelines aligned with its strategies and resource needs.
  • Support the Head of Division/Function in the resolution of critical individual HR related cases.
