We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role in driving the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic insights, and supporting key decision-making processes. This position requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of leading financial planning initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and/or Finance.
  • Extensive experience with FP&A work and have comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes in SAP especially on P2P (procure to pay).
  • 6-8 years of experience of progressive financial experience focusinf on on budget, forecast and business analysis support within a multinational corporation.
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC, AFO and BPC. Experience with Anaplan and Power BI would be a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous and able to handle large amounts of data.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work flexible hours to support regional and Singapore stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly analysis and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis on actual vs budget vs forecast for OPEX & CAPEX for corporate functions.
  • Perform financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting (including upload to Anaplan) for corporate functions.
  • Review, validate and ensure accuracy of PBI dashboard data.
  • Perform real-time financial performance monitoring including review account / cost center coding.
