Manager II, Business Analysis

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee and lead a team of Business Analysts / Specialists with accountability for managing and delivering on key milestones (i.e. business requirements, testing) on regulatory reporting initiatives including but not limited to G20 Transaction Reporting (CFTC, CAD, EMIR, MAS), MIFID, SFTR and/ or Trade Surveillance initiatives. Provide leadership, direction and coaching to develop skills and organizational capabilities to meet/exceed strategic goals and achieve business results. Prior experience with OTC trade and transaction reporting, trade surveillance, in a project management and knowledge of OTC derivatives products capacity preferred.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Experience with OTC trade and transaction reporting
• Experience in capital markets including derivative products knowledge
• Experience working in a scrum environment
• Business Analysis Accreditation is an asset
• 7+ year related business analysis or project management experience
