Manager in Document Automation - Implementation and IT delivery

For a growing PwC’s document automation team based in the Czech Republic, Prague we are looking for a Manager to lead the delivery of our projects and services to our clients:

You will:

• Lead team and develop team responsible for delivery of our document automation projects
• Bring innovation and continuous improvement to our service offering
• Manage complex cross-functional (sub)projects to deliver solutions using the cutting-edge technologies.
• Create structured project plans based on the goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints.
• Monitor progress, record issues and escalate when necessary, prepare recommendations and ensure project reports are completed by the due date to meet reporting requirements.
• Work on truly international projects.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from start to finish.
• Business focus mindset and ability to enrich our service offering to both internal and external clients
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and manage project teams.
• Ability to identify risks and issues early and implement solutions that address and mitigate these risks.
• Czech and English language, both spoken and written
• Experience with leading a team
