Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
You will work closely with a core team to roll out a strategic programmes that aim to solve key skillset pain-points in the fashion industry in Singapore. In the longer term, this project will enable Singapore to become a vibrant competency centre for the regional fashion industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with director on the development and implementation of a training development frameworks, policies, and work-plans.
- Ensure that work plans drive growth, including but not limited to profitability and impact
- Test, iterate and roll-out of programmes, in all formats (physical, digital, hybrid)
- Work with enterprise stakeholders to ensure programme content relevancy, which includes feasibility surveys, creating networking opportunities, roundtables and studies
- Build a strong business pipeline of users (local and regional)
- Keep abreast of industry developments and market skills gaps to ensure continued relevancy of capability development programme.
- Manage and drive timelines, budgets and deliverables for above-mentioned programmes.
- This is a cross functional and dynamic job scope that will require the candidate to:
- Work in close collaboration with all key partners and stakeholders (e.g. government bodies, educational institutions, and contracted personnel).
- Leverage IT and Finance teams to manage and facilitate online-learning platforms
- Leverage Marketing to execute GTM plans for said programmes.
