QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Media/PR/marketing or humanities majors are encouraged, but not required
  • 5-6 years of prior work experience in the social media/influencer space
  • Fluent in reporting and digital analytics
  • Dedicated interest in the beauty + lifestyle communities on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and new media/emerging social platforms
  • Strong relationships within the influencer and social media space
  • Able to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable stepping outside of day-to-day responsibilities to help larger Brand Marketing initiatives come to life during peak season
  • Strong presentation and deck-building skills are crucial
  • This position is on a hybrid office model and will require being in our NYC based offices 3x/week
    Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage & lead paid influencer partnerships and campaigns in partnership with the Director of Brand Marketing & Comms, owning all aspects of the process (outreach, contracting, briefing, etc.), focusing on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, streaming, and new social media platforms
  • Plan & execute organic mailer strategy & tracking through incoming DMs and tracking software; cultivate overall gifting strategy for US and international markets. Expand list to include new creators and new markets
  • Identify new influencers across all social channels for brand to gift and partner with, forge relationships with influencers and agents/industry folk across all influencer segments
  • Manage influencer lists and list creation with support from the Brand Marketing Coordinator
  • Manage and execute daily send-outs, packages and brand materials to beauty & lifestyle influencers and more across US, UK, and Canadian markets
  • Support and execute giveaways and takeovers from influencers/brand partners with social team
  • Drive strategy, process and manage 360 influencer led paid social content. Partner with paid and organic social team to develop engagement-driving and revenue-driving content
  • Partner and liaise with Direct to Consumer (DTC) team on affiliate marketing partnerships and UTM link building; build revenue-driving influencer partnerships that support the DTC business
  • Manage and cultivate brand ambassador program, programming calendar, and day-to-day relationships and engagement
  • Identify and engage with a variety of Supergoop! audiences and influencer segments, own go-to-market strategy for new consumer targets + retailer targets
  • Manage influencer marketing budget with strategic budgeting and month-to-month accounting ownership, work with finance team to ensure team is hitting finance goals + budgets
  • Develop, propose and oversee Supergoop!’s weekly + monthly reporting on all influencer campaigns, partnerships, and launches, along with monthly and/or quarterly board recaps
  • Derive qualitative and quantitative insights from reporting to apply to future campaigns and partnerships
  • Draw original and actionable insights from influencer reporting
  • Own all aspects of reporting and relationship with reporting vendor
  • Assists in creating assets for social media team through identifying on-trend partners, preparing options for social-led specific needs
  • Host & manage influencers, community, and consumers for in-person and digital events, work with IRL / Brand Experience team to support team’s IRL activations, oversee guests lists and manage influencer led coverage
  • Work with IRL team to support development of influencer, community and consumer led events as needed, leading key events as assigned from packing boxes, event staffing, event set up and break down
  • Mentor Brand Marketing Coordinator and interns, manage day-to-day workload and intern program
