Responsibilities:

Activities and Responsibilities (General):

  • Provide leadership and ensure quality in the execution of A&M’s scope.
  • Execute I&CP service lines with proficiency.
  • Deliver comprehensive presentations to Directors, C-Level executives, and the Executive Board.
  • Prepare technical proposals for clients.
  • Engage in various projects, collaborating with colleagues and clients across a variety of sectors and functional areas.
  • Facilitate effective collaborations between leadership, achieving alignments and producing outcomes that serve the interests of all stakeholders.
  • Lead meetings and presentations with both client and A&M’s managerial and executive levels, conveying confidence and mastery of the topics discussed.
  • Respond promptly to project demands and anticipate critical actions for the success of initiatives

Activities and Responsibilities (Role Specific – PMO Planning & Scheduling Specialist):

  • Establish procedures and templates for project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or similar software.
  • Record project schedule updates and prepare and maintain various reports on the progress of work.
  • Identify schedule problems resulting from interdisciplinary/trade constraints, interfaces and other conflicts.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing of the portfolio of schedules, including analyses of schedule deviations and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Monitoring and reporting on critical path, float and schedule performance.
  • Incorporating an understanding of engineering design, procurement, and construction processes and logic into the project schedules.
  • Assess and advise on schedule risks and schedule contingency.
  • Manage resource loading and leveling within the portfolio of projects.
  • Generating reports on long and short-term resource requirements for the portfolio of projects.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of work progress, earned value, and performance.
  • Monitor project activity scheduling to ensure targets are being met.
  • Track and evaluate schedule trends and variances and adjust forecasts as required.
  • Create “What If” scenario schedules as required/requested.
  • Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery and completion of the project work.
  • Attend and/lead project meetings and discussions with the project management team, clients and contractors
