Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Manager, Innovation – Skincare for a permanent full-time position.
The Manager, Innovation - Skincare, will contribute to the development of new launches by working with the brand teams (Marcelle, CW Beggs and Watier). This person will also carry out product development projects with a cross-functional team to establish the product launch roadmap. This essential role involves managing a variety of relationships with internal and external collaborators.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out assigned innovation, product renovation, portfolio optimization and product development projects, with the aim of bringing innovative products to market at the right price for the consumer.
  • Coordinate activities with the Consumer Insight team to better understand consumer needs and better define the product solution.
  • Contribute to the analysis of competitive information to support the positioning of new products.
  • Leverage market and internal data to evaluate new product forecasts.
  • Work in an Agile environment, continually reviewing consumer needs, focusing on continuous improvement and identifying opportunities and risks throughout product development.
  • Find new turnkey products in collaboration with the purchasing team.
  • Participate in needs analysis, understanding consumer requirements and volume estimates.
  • Work closely with brands, purchasing, R&D and the packaging design team.
