Tasks

• You conduct in-depth analyses using various data sources and tools to identify trends & patterns in customer behaviour, the drivers of business performance and the use of the WOW app - from this you derive concrete recommendations for action and present & explain these to your stakeholders
• Close collaboration is important to us - you’ll ensure this within the Customer Insights team, with the local WOW Business team, the Data, Research, Content Insights, Strategic Insights, Applied Business Analytics departments and the international Sky Group teams
• You take responsibility by independently managing your own analysis topics and smaller projects and managing your stakeholders - as part of a family team of experienced analysts (m/f/d)

Requirements

• You’ve a degree with a mathematical or technical focus and at least 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar analytical role - ideally in the subscription business
• You’re confident in using SQL and find it easy to understand complex data structures
• In addition to your experience with Tableau or other visualisation tools, your skills in cloud-based & big-data analysis environments such as GCP set you apart
• You’ve a strong analytical mindset, secure problem-solving skills, creativity and sound communication & presentation skills - additionally, you’re very enthusiastic about media
• Good English skills round off your profile
