WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead and mentor a team of Instructional Designers and eLearning Developers guiding team on storyboard and script content to create end-to-end design for digital learning solutions
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to build efficiencies in content review cycles and course development processes to support scale and timely delivery
• Provide mentorship and drive project management using PM tools and the learning project management lifecycle
• Coordinate with different teams in the business to develop digital learning content and assets and influence the future directions of programs
• Lead and advance instructional design standards, policies, and procedures while owning and advancing quality assurance to lead instructional design development
