• Working closely with insurance clients to understand their business needs and challenges and providing data led solutions.
• Bridging the gap between business and data. Defining the data strategy by identifying the potential of data and linking it to concrete business goals.
• Leading the delivery of AI/ML projects, collaborating closely with Business SMEs, IT, and Data Engineering teams.
• Providing strategic recommendations based on data insights to drive business improvements in underwriting, claims processing, and risk mitigation.
• Leading business data analysis using analytical techniques to interpret insurance data, identify trends and provide insights.
• Developing reports, visualisations, and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar, and presenting insights and findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuaries, underwriters, and risk managers, to implement data-driven strategies.
• Implementing data governance practices and an overall data management framework to ensure high-quality data standards for clients
• Mentoring consultants to enhance industry-specific knowledge and practical experience in the London market, UK Insurance, and Reinsurance transformation, while encouraging the sharing of expertise within the internal UK team and beyond
