YOUR SKILLS

  • Master degree in Marketing, Economics, International Management or other relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Marketing and Management, preferably in an FMCG company
  • Expierience in Brand development & building as well as Brand activation, Category & Brand Strategy
  • Strong analytical base - financial analysis, market share analysis & budgeting skills
  • Very good knowledge of trends and creativity
  • Fluent written and oral English skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop global activations, launches of new products or re-launches of existing ranges including communication campaign across all the different touchpoints, TV and digital
  • Conduct market research and scoping of new market potentials
  • Conduct portfolio analysis of market segments with customer penetration, market potential / share, profitability and competition
  • Align and match market unmet needs with innovation activities; collaborate w/innovation team and with the marketing regional teams on project status
  • Support in the development of global strategies and ensure alignment with the different regiorns
  • Delivers customer penetration strategies and develops business models and tactics globally
  • Act as the first point of contact for and steer the category / brand teams on the global / regional level
  • Be a project lead for the strategic segments as well as innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain and Packaging
  • Contribute to global advertising campaigns - from agency briefing to production preparation for TV and digital spots
  • Co-create and supervise digital, social media and e-commerce communication of brands in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager
  • Prepare presentations, innovation packages and documents for regular internal meetings and for our global consumer center with external exposure to the different retailer partners
