YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Law with focus on Taxation/Transfer Pricing
- German tax advisor exam is a plus, but not required
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience with a consulting company and or international corporate tax/transfer pricing department
- Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and respective German regulations required
- Highly motivated and passionate team player (d/f/m) like the entire transfer pricing team
- Fluent English language skills, preferably also German language skills

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the evolution of Henkel’s global Transfer Pricing (TP) system in view of a dynamically changing regulatory landscape in countries (e.g., intercompany governance, royalty rates, reporting requirements)
- Active participation in tax/TP audits and in international tax dispute prevention and dispute resolution processes (APAs, MAPs, Joint Audits, etc.) involving Henkel’s German and foreign affiliated companies
- Provision of robust TP advice to Henkel’s business units and the Finance, IT and HR organization in countries and supporting the implementation of TP projects worldwide
- Supporting Henkel’s annual closing and public audit processes
- Contribution to TP process automation, digitalization and supporting the implementation, utilization and development of corresponding IT tools
- Communication with fiscal authorities as well as cooperation with and coordination of Henkel’s external TP advisors in countries
