Description:

OVERVIEW

The Manager, Inventory Control & Data Management, is responsible for inventory control, resolving inventory discrepancies and corrective action. This position assists management in the development and implementation of a formal program to audit all areas related to inventory movement for integrity and accuracy. This role oversees Product Master Data Governance and supports mid to long range inventory projection and analysis.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage key Inventory metrics including Total Inventory, Expiry, Excess and Obsolete
  • Partners with Sales and Supply Planning to track opportunities to deplete non-productive inventory
  • Owns Destruction Process
  • Owns Vendor Reconciliation Process
  • Oversees Product Master Data Governance
  • Supports VP Integrated Business Planning in data preparation and collaboration to support inventory projections and analysis
  • Leads Shelf-Life Review Process
  • Manage 1 direct report, providing coaching on time management and communication and ensuring accuracy in data

Requirements

  • 5+ years of inventory experience or related field
  • Experience with developing or improving inventory management, or warehouse management systems and processes
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong project management and continuous improvement skills
  • Metrics driven mindset
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Effective communicator and leader for cross-functional teams and executive leadership
  • Advanced organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,000.00 - $99,000.00 yearly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
