MANAGER, IS APPLICATIONS - INFRASTRUCTURE/SECURITY

Providence is seeking a full-time Manager, IS Applications - Infrastructure/Security responsible for helping develop the Infrastructure and Security capabilities for the IS EBA organization and for developing and implementing the tactical plans. Leading, mentoring and developing supervisors as well as maintaining the technical competency of and staff to insure the daily operational readiness of the applicable work streams of the EBA Technical Team. Establishing and maintaining long term relationships with Vendors and other IS Pillars to define and drive the future Infrastructure and Security initiatives to ensure application stability and a positive user experience. Develop and Implement appropriate service delivery models for core application and technology functions in defining, delivering, and improving services for the enterprise and its customers. Monitors the performance of applications within their domain and evaluates the performance of services on the basis of specific KPIs. Escalates critical issues, problems or delays in production, projects or any other issues that has an impact on the customer. Actively participates in optimizing processes and leads initiatives to improve service delivery, increase value and promote customer service. Employee has option to telecommute from any US location.

Applicants must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, or other related scientific or engineering field
• 8 years of experience managing ERP infrastructure and platform; Identity & Security management; and Database and Platform Management
• 4 years of experience in Information Services leadership role
