Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Manager, IT to join Aspect’s Technology Development team. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role will be at the forefront of IT operations, ensuring smooth and efficient systems while supporting the company’s IT and cybersecurity needs. This position offers a significant opportunity to shape the company’s IT infrastructure, implement best practices, and drive technical excellence. It represents a pivotal role in building a scalable IT framework for a rapidly growing company with the potential to positively impact countless lives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education + Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with at least 6 years of progressive experience in the IT field.
  • IT Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies with a strong focus on Google Workspace Administration. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and services.
  • IT Security and Compliance Standards Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT security and compliance standards and the ability to scale them appropriately for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and infrastructure to support the company’s growth and operations.
  • Manage and maintain Google Workspace and other software systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction.
  • Understand cybersecurity best practices and apply them with a risk-based and business-needs perspective.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Provide training and technical support to employees, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Ensure timely, automated, and smooth onboarding and offboarding of new hires.
  • Develop, implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
  • Monitor and manage network security, including firewalls, endpoint protection, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Collaborate with all departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
  • Manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, including IT standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials.
  • Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company’s IT infrastructure remains up-to-date and competitive.
