WHAT ARE YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE?
- Experience in business analysis with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of BA methodologies framework, with prior experience of implementing a framework within an organization
- Proven experience managing teams and implementing process improvements
- Proficient in BA tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of IT systems and processes in a corporate environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) would be a plus
- Experience with IT governance and compliance framework would be a plus
- Familiarity with process modeling tools and techniques would be a plus
