  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the efficient delivery of services.
  • Infrastructure Management:
  • Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure to support business operations.
  • Oversee the management of data centers, servers, networks, and

telecommunications systems.

  • Security & Compliance:
  • Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the company’s data and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including data protection and privacy laws.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
  • Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that enhance business processes.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Vendor & Budget Management:
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of quality services.
  • Prepare and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • User Support & Training:
  • Oversee the provision of technical support and troubleshooting to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the IT skills of employees across the organization.
  • Ensure the IT team delivers high-quality customer service and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud technologies.

  • Experience with IT security, data protection, and compliance.

  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are highly desirable.
