JOB DESCRIPTION:

As part of the Global Transfers Application Support, our team is at the forefront of supporting TD’s Banking & Payment Applications. We use industry-leading technologies, applications, automation and processes to deliver and support TD IT technologies.

Manages or leads a team of IT professionals in providing a range of application support and services ensuring enterprise operating standards are met and business objectives are achieved.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • Graduate degree, preferred
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • 5 + years in resource management capacity, managing a team of Support Analysts
  • Applications servers WebSphere (Added advantage - JBOSS, Tomcat)
  • Web servers (Apache, IBM HTTP Server, etc..)
  • Linux / Unix commands
  • Network applications and TCP/IP protocols
  • Scripting – Shell, Python (Added Advantage – PowerShell)
  • Automation - CI/CD concepts – Jenkins
  • Windows Servers
  • CI/CD tools – TerraForm
