Description:
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 5 years).
In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the role’s requirements.
EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year of team leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a multi-lingual and multi-cultural end user support function.
- Experience of working in a regulated environment.
- Experience with GxP regulations (GMP, GLP, GCP), CFR 21 Part 11, and IEC 62443 standards, to implement IT solutions in compliance with the required guidelines.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computers Systems Validation (CSV).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- IT support for enterprise systems, including end-user ticket and on-call support, troubleshooting, vendor engagement, incident and problem management.
- Ability to work in a team structure, make decisions, solve problems, communicate inside & outside the organization, and analyze, plan, organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to simplify demanding concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Capacity to make decisions or recommendations based on area of assigned responsibility. Uses good judgement in gathering input for decisions.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies in a wide-ranging environment.
- Strong people management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams and end-users.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service/relationship building skills.
- Preferred candidates will have expertise or administration experience in one or more of the following applications: MasterControl, TrackWise Digital, Kneat, SampleManager, HP ALM, WERCS, Veeva, ServiceNow, RIMS, SmartSheet, Sharepoint.

Responsibilities:
- Provides work direction and supervision to assigned technical support staff.
