Description:
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Formulating Business Strategies: Establish medium and long-term strategies for national key clients, gaining an understanding of their decision-making processes and expansion goals.
- Implement Key Account Plans: Improve volume, profit, and share performance at both National and Regional levels.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Work closely with the Revenue Management and Portfolio team to meet revenue targets.
- Develop Business Relationships: Formulate partnerships with regional key accounts and support at a JBP/T2T strategic level.
- Monitor Performance: Develop targets and critical metrics, ensuring objectives related to product availability, market visibility, sales volume, profit margin, product quality, and customer pricing are achieved.
- Innovate Trade Programs: Generate and implement innovative ideas to improve trade programs and identify business opportunities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree: Business or a related field is required. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Account Management or dynamic sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
SKILLS AND PROFICIENCIES
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Nielsen data, POS data, and Category Management.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build cross-functional and customer relationships.
- Presentation Skills: Expertise in developing and delivering presentations.
- Negotiation: Validated skills in achieving results through strategic discussions.
- Project Management: Capacity to lead multiple projects with strict attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytics and Business Insight: Shown strength in data analysis and successful account management.
- Self-starter: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- People Management: Experience in leading and developing others.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Key Accounts: Build and maintain positive relationships with designated National/Regional accounts, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking of all initiatives.
- Boost Category Growth: Apply practical planning and data-driven decision-making to drive category growth within accounts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Take initiative in resolving customer service issues and cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with our customers.
- Monitor Trade Spend: Conduct continuous analysis to support financial and operational plans by leading customer trade spend.
- Collaborate for Detailed Execution: Work with a third-party deployment guide to activate and communicate banner initiatives efficiently.
- Negotiate Commercial Agreements: Secure joint commercial agreements that improve revenue, profit, and performance.
- Innovate and Launch Products: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and expand the portfolio within the channel.
- Build and Implement Joint Business Plans: Collaborate with national accounts to construct and implement strategies that align with our commercial goals. Emphasis on handling the entire RBH portfolio.
