Responsible for liaising with clients on project seeking, Quotation preparation, order taking for M& E works.
Handle project coordination and responsible for all works in designated projects.
(Preparation and planning for work schedule, worker and Materials managements)
Responsible for overall site Monitor the work progress, handle any issue that arise and ensure they can complete on schedule.
Liaise closely with clients’ project managers. Will be fully accountable for overseeing site projects from start to handover. with site supervisor on all the coordination shop drawings.
Ensure all the permit, machinery and materials needed on site is ready and machinery is in working condition before start work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6 years of working experience as Coordinator in construction industry / project site work
• Education Qualification; Master Degree

. Physically fit able work in Multi Talented person.

• Possess Certificate in building construction supervisor’s safety
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills. Leadership, Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

• Class 4 Driving License

• • Profound knowledge of construction safety regulations and workflow sequence till handover.
