JOB SUMMARY
Global Leadership Development at Marriott is part of the Talent Development discipline, focused on growing great leaders to fuel performance, enrich lives, and accelerate reinvention. The Global Leadership Development Manager plays a critical role in this transformation by managing leadership programs, collaborating with global teams, shaping governance and metrics, and delivering impactful learning experiences. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Leadership Development, this role requires expertise in leadership development, project management, learning technologies, and scalable solutions that align with organizational goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Leadership, or related field (required). Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, learning & development, or talent management roles.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership development best practices, and learning evaluation strategies.
- Proven experience in program and project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
- Proficiency in leveraging learning technologies (e.g., LMS, LXP, LRS) and emerging tools.
Some travel will be required.
The salary range for this position is $93,400 to $146,100 annually.
