Description:
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in a Behavioural Sciences field, Leadership, Education, or a related discipline supplemented by a comprehensive understanding of current thinking related to learning, change and quality improvement.
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of recent, related experience in a leadership role in Leadership, Learning, Education Development, or Organizational Development, preferably within a large complex health care system.
- Preference given to candidates who possess the above qualifications along with ICF designations, PROSCI or other change certifications, Cultural Intelligence certifications, Conflict Resolution certifications, Project Management designations, and Quality Improvement certifications.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
