The role of the Manager Learning is to drive business value by outlining the SNZ learning and plan and enabling Suncorp NZ’s workforce to effectively build the right capabilities to meet current and future customer, regulatory and performance expectations. This role is also accountable for the management and delivery of the SNZ learning program to achieve our strategic people capability objectives.

• In conjunction with People & Culture colleagues, engage senior stakeholders to identify capability requirements and gaps across SNZ to deliver the SNZ business plan and ensure there is sufficient budget to meet requirements.
• Lead the design, build, curation, and implementation of agreed learning solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of a self-directed, continuous learning focused culture.
• Create and manage a Learning Centre of Excellence to develop and deliver learning activities across the organisation, ensuring a consistent standard is applied and activities are aligned with Suncorp’s capability-building needs.
