Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies for optimizing first mile and last mile1§ logistics, focusing on cost efficiency and service excellence.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to delivery times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Use insights to drive improvements in logistics operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, inventory management) and external partners to ensure effective logistics operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Leverage logistics management software and technologies to enhance visibility and efficiency across the supply chain.
- Ensure that the logistics process aligns with the company’s commitment to customer service, addressing customer feedback and concerns related to delivery.
- Manage the logistics budget, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Ensure that all logistics operations comply with relevant regulations, including food safety standards and transportation laws.
