JOB SUMMARY
As the Manager, Loyalty Creative Services you’ll play a pivotal role in driving high-value global and regional initiatives. In this position, you will regularly provide innovative strategic advice to the Senior Leadership Team and other senior management across the organization.
As the Manager, you will lead and guide the creative direction of strategic loyalty campaigns, ensuring alignment with business and loyalty strategy briefs. You will leverage analytical and loyalty frameworks to deliver thought leadership, enhance processes, and support project planning for Creative Services and loyalty campaign leaders.
You will be fully accountable for major work streams throughout the year, with increasing complexity.The ideal candidate will consistently deliver high-quality results on time and demonstrate the ability to adapt workstreams in response to new insights or challenges. Proactivity in initiating necessary changes is essential, as is a commitment to bringing innovative ideas and elevating creative quality.
- Provide project management support for a variety of Loyalty marketing projects across all aspects of loyalty and partnership strategy
- Assist on multiple workstreams within complex projects all the way from project initiation to implementation planning, effectively navigating a complex multi-region, multi-function organization
- Work with agencies & internal resources to develop campaign content on time and on brief
- Enforce content strategies and standards as applies to development of new content and governance of existing content
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners and source necessary data or reports to inform innovations in creative.
- Work with regional counterparts to ensure strategies and on-going content development is properly localized and developed .
- Give regular progress updates to sponsor/senior management, as well as discuss issues with them and find impactful ways to use their time
- Effectively motivate working teams with a collaborative and safe environment + appropriate access to key stakeholders
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business-related degree
Experience: 3-4 years’ work experience in agency or corporate account/project management and creative services, organizing, planning and executing large-scale marketing projects from conception through implementation. Post degree qualifications, previous client service and multi-channel marketing experience highly desirable.
Technical skills/Knowledge
- Own a number of full project workstreams and be responsible for delivering on time matching Senior Manager’s expectations
- Decision making associated with project scoping and project management responsibilities for global or regional strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to assess and understand a variety of internal and external economic and market-level issues with impact to the business, to analyze a business brief and set up a creative team for success to develop strategic creative that answers that brief
- Demonstrated strategic thinking through a proven ability to analyze markets, performance data, and business issues and draw insight/conclusions
- Strong interpersonal skills required to build relationships across business units for collaboration, data requests, and joint analysis
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to address all levels within the organization to develop consensus
- Strong self-motivation and ability to plan time/priorities at pace and in an ever-evolving marketing environment
- Ability to understand loyalty & hotel industry dynamics
- Strong project management skills
- Able to gain credibility with executives and senior managers in the organization
Location: Atlanta - Our Hybrid work structure is an expectation of three days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $88,000.00 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. In addition we offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and any other benefits to eligible employees.
