Tasks

  • In your role, you’ll develop, implement and analyze customer loyalty measures and special offers as part of the Sky Extra loyalty program
  • Your daily business includes creating communication plans and orchestrating the available communication channels to increase awareness within our customer base, stimulate engagement and improve customer perception
  • You create communication briefings to promote sweepstakes and loyalty initiatives (AtL and 1-to-1 communication)
  • You support the planning and implementation of events such as film premieres, VIP experiences in the sports and entertainment environment including on-site support in cooperation with external service providers
  • The monitoring of campaign and engagement KPIs and the creation of corresponding reports is also part of your tasks
  • You’re jointly responsible for the allocation & management of the annual event and communication budget and ensure that it is adhered to

Requirements

  • You’ve a degree and at least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in the fields of media, PR, marketing, customer or corporate communications
  • Through your professional experience, you’ve ideally gained experience in the areas of customer base management, CRM or customer loyalty & have experience in the implementation of events, communication & marketing campaigns and have developed a good understanding of campaign planning processes
  • Your strengths include a thorough, solution-oriented & proactive way of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as well as a high level of creativity, commitment, initiative & stress tolerance
  • Thanks to your open personality and strong communication skills, you quickly expand your professional network and use it profitably internally and with external partners
  • You describe yourself as a communicative team player with a high interest in sports, film & television and your way of working as problem-solving & organized
  • You’ve a class B driving license and national and occasionally international travel (event support), even at weekends, is no problem for you
  • Very good German and good English skills as well as a confident handling of MS Office and Adobe Photoshop knowledge round off your profile
