about this team
The Loyalty team is responsible for the strategy and end to end ownership and delivery of unique loyalty strategies and programs to drive guest connection, spend, retention and lifetime value. The team is fast paced and agile, getting things done quickly while always putting the guest and guest experience first.
a day in the life: what you’ll do

You will report into the Senior Director, Loyalty and be responsible for building the vision for loyalty at lululemon through our Membership program as well as developing long- and near-term strategies for exciting new Membership initiatives which requires significant cross functional collaboration and alignment.

  • Lead the strategic planning and development of program and benefit roadmaps for the future of loyalty within lululemon
  • Lead the development of executive level presentations and materials on program strategies and performance
  • Lead cross-functional groups, responsible for delivering on strategic initiatives
  • Oversee market and guest research, including budget, for loyalty and larger member engagement organization
  • Collaborate with innovation partners to create, test and iterate future-forward loyalty concepts
  • Support with our annual planning process

qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in management consulting and/or corporate strategy
  • Strong demonstrated leadership skills: visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution
  • Excellent problem solver with ability to break down complex issues and data sets into simple, actionable learnings and recommendations.
  • Able to work with limited direction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple time sensitive deliverables; can motivate self and stakeholders across the organization on our vision through changing priorities and aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required; must be able to produce decks & materials, which can be consumed by Senior Leaders

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
