The Digital WHS team is driving this evolution: join us and help us shape this transformation.
The Manager Digital Wholesale Acceleration will act as the point of contact between Global and Market Digital Wholesale teams. He/she will animate market digital wholesale performance by leveraging the performance dashboards and will support “acceleration plans” to secure the delivery of our wholesale ambition. Furthermore, he/she will enable adoption of tools and methodologies and will secure consistency in approaches to digital wholesale performance and execution. The Manager Digital Wholesale Acceleration will also be responsible for animating the community of DPC business leads, fostering practice sharing and co-creation / input into global strategy and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support joint planning & adoption process within team & with Global Digital where applicable
  • Monitor market engagement & adoption plans to ensure successful implementation Digital WHS initiatives across the board
  • Manage selected strategic digital projects and programs
  • Play a key role in working with key Global Functions and Market Wholesale stakeholders to define strategic, organisation and process changes to ensure we are successful at implementation and execution of growth levers
  • You will be responsible for animating the community, foster practice sharing, identifying potential synergies and shared challenges, and coordinate collective efforts to address them.
  • Enable adoption by applying change management methodology and enable business groups to achieve understanding of changes to their work areas and their specific roles.
  • Help to drive change across the wider organization
  • Animate progress review with markets on a regular cadence and positively challenge & influence market plans to deliver against joint targets.
  • Provide formal, continuous communication with leadership stakeholders and the wider community on success metrics.
  • Develop key strategy updates for internal and external audiences, tailoring content and messaging by audience.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Digital Business across multiple disciplines with a focus on Digital Account Management, eCommerce & Digital Marketing
  • 4+ years of experience working demonstrating strong business acumen
  • Cross-functional experience ideally with marketing / sales / finance / eCom
  • Project- & program management experience
  • International have worked in more than one region.
