EDUCATION
- Commercial background with technical understanding and experience in project execution
EXPERIENCE
- Expertise in leading commercial complex formwork / scaffolding projects in execution phase with minimum 7 years of business experience)
- Proven track record of successful project work
- Ability to collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders within a project
- Acceptance at management level of supplier and customer
- Customer orientation, solution driven
- Very good verbal / communication skills in German and English
- Negotiation upwards/downwards
