Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 3+ years of relevant experience in equipment service or supply chain
- Strong time management, organizational, scheduling and forecasting skills
- Ability to model positive leadership attitude, even in the face of difficult circumstances
- Experience with labour relations
- Computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications
- Conflict resolution skills
- SAP and logistics knowledge
- Analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Demand excellence in performance, meeting and exceeding key metrics within a positive, safe and inclusive work environment
- Manage all expectations relating to the successful operation of a stand-alone CCCBL facility (Chatham MRC) For example; active in the JHSC, building maintenance, community involvement, etc
- Develop and execute a Departmental Business Plan that is in line with short term and long-term company strategy
- Supportive Leadership, clearly communicating the Vision, Mission, Imperatives and Values of CCCBL.
- Lead from the front, acknowledging and demonstrating, through your daily actions, The Behaviours We Owe Each Other in line with company values.
- Coach and mentor direct reports in a constructive environment, allowing for individual growth and development.
- Ethical participation with internal and external customers including Original Equipment Manufacturers, adhering to all internal control procedures.
- Focus in areas of personal development, supported by a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Develop and share best practice through a cadence of scheduled communication strategies.
- Manage equipment inventory, parts inventory variances and Key Improvement Processes for Make Ready Centres
- Manage and respond to quality issues and collaborate with outside contractors to transport equipment
- Ability to build internal and external relationships
