HOW TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?

• You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• You have at least ten (10) years of relevant working experience.
• You have more than five (5) years of experience in people management.
• You are rigorous, persistent, innovative, detail oriented and like working with people.
• You possess solid statistical analysis and economic modeling skills and capable of building forecasting models.
• You are skilled in presenting and communicating information.
• You are an expert in using the MS Office suite (including Access and Excel).
• You are well aware of macroeconomics and geopolitical context.
• You possess knowledge of statistical software (SAS, SPSS, STATA, R, etc.).
• You possess knowledge of BI software (PowerBI, Alteryx, etc).
• You have Aviation industry experience and product knowledge.
• You are Bilingual (French and English).
• You are based or are willing to relocate to Montreal, Canada
