POSITION SUMMARY…

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Walmart Connect’s products and services, drive brand awareness, and support business growth. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience and drive measurable results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the digital media industry or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and effectively communicate ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for marketing and staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and operations teams to understand market needs, product positioning, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, sales tools, and presentations to support sales efforts and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the retail media industry, and leverage insights to drive marketing strategy.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and vendors.
