Our Marketing Orchestration and Activation Team is seeking a Manager, Marketing Orchestration. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of dynamic campaigns across various mediums. As the key driver behind our marketing initiatives, you will be responsible for overseeing project plans, timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of materials and execution from start to finish.
Your role will be multifaceted, serving as a project manager, marketing consultant, creative service liaison, MarTech and production partner. This role will rely on the ability to build strong relationships across the organization, you will balance the business needs with the internal team requirements to optimize processes and deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Additionally, the Marketing Orchestration Manager will align themselves with their business partners to identify and define project objectives, budgets, messaging, distribution methods, and other related information needed to successfully deliver and deploy.
To excel in this position, you must have a deep understanding of digital marketing, exceptional communication, account management and project management skills, be comfortable managing various personalities and relationships across the organization, possess a strong level of attention to detail and be highly organized. Understanding of Adobe Experience products (or similar MarTech stack), Workfront, FIGMA, Marketing Automation, and agile principles is highly desirable.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Consultation:

  • Partner with Business Marketing teams to activate innovative use cases leveraging MarTech capabilities aligned to Business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional discovery sessions using data and customer insights to translate business needs to personalized, omni-channel data-driven campaign and journeys across channels
  • Driving adoption, communications, support, and recommendations to increase utilization and ROI
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of internal and external factors influencing marketing goals.

Campaign Orchestration:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for complex campaigns, driving MarTech adoption.
  • Translate business requirements into campaign specifications for MarTech and Execution partners.
  • Create project milestones, schedules, and provide regular status updates.
  • Coordinate with the strategy team to execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to creative brief and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Capabilities and Execution teams to design, build, and deploy campaigns effectively and timely.
  • Work in partnership with Business Marketing teams to implement innovative MarTech solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive adoption and ROI through effective communication and support strategies.

Account and Project Management:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for program/campaign management, connecting all deliverables.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign development, including timelines, deliverables, creative, and execution.
  • Build project plans, timelines, and operationalize workstreams for successful campaign delivery.
  • Facilitate meetings, coordinate notes, next steps, and outcomes.
  • Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead data-driven discovery sessions to create personalized, omni-channel campaigns based on customer insights.

Requirements:

  • Several years of relevant experience, preferably in campaign management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing B2B and B2C campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently while meeting timelines.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high paced environment.

The salary range for this role is from $99,300.00 to $147,700.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
