KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Marketing Performance & Insights to join our Marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive analysis of digital assets across multiple platforms, and leverage the insights to form digital strategies and market approaches
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making within marketing by aligning objectives and measurable performance goals
- Regularly share actionable recommendations and proven techniques with functional and digital teams to enhance marketing campaigns and connect to tangible business outcomes
- Lead internal digital learning initiatives that address key business questions and provide guidance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with strategic marketing, internal, and external agencies to innovatively test and analyze new digital experiences for lead generation and brand awareness
- Present analyses, insights, and recommendations to functional teams and management groups in strategic meetings
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent, combined experience in client service delivery, marketing, or sales enablement; minimum three years of recent engagement in data and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing analytics, business analytics or a related field is highly desirable
- Excellent story-telling and analytical thinking to simplify and explain intricate data: analytic expert adept in summarizing and communicating insights from business data
- Proficiency in a broad range of analytics methodologies, tools, and platforms, including knowledge of emerging technologies
- Ability to convert key insights from analysis into impactful dashboards and reports using tools such as CRM Analytics, Tableau, or Google Campaign Manager
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to gain support from key stakeholders within a matrixed organization
