JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar
  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience in marketing in the real estate industry, experience in a logistics & commercial sector would be an advantage
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strategic planning skills, display excellent leadership and be a very good team player that is able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent, meticulous, resourceful and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

This position will lead and manage all marketing activities by formulating and implementing the advertisement and promotion strategy for the assigned portfolio in Poland and the other Mapletree’s assets across the European portfolio, working closely with UK based Marketing team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
  • Responsible for budgeting and tracking of expenditure for management reporting.
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Provide strong strategic leadership in coaching the team to formulate and implement events, media awareness, PR, loyalty programs and social media.
  • Maintaining a good network of advertising, public relations and media agencies as well as manage tenant and external partners.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics.
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and awareness.
