The Manager Master Scheduling (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for developing production and supply plans that take forecasts, availability of material and manufacturing capacity into account. In this position you are also responsible for identifying and maintaining the appropriate planning parameters in our ERP systems to optimize subassembly production and raw material supply plans.
This position is located in Munich, Baierbrunn and will be on-site.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using scheduling and ERP software systems; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust master schedules that align with production capabilities, supply chain constraints, and customer demands.
- Oversee the scheduling and shipping operations to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Work closely with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to synchronize schedules and swiftly resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor inventory levels and production rates, making necessary adjustments to schedules to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of schedulers and shipping coordinators, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination, ensuring alignment across the organization.
In this position you will analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling and shipping performance, using this data to drive continuous improvements.
Part of the job is implementing and championing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in scheduling and shipping processes. In this role you will ensure all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
