• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and bar operations is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Experience with interviewing candidates for various positions within the establishment.
• A passion for coffee and beverage service is a plus.

• Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in line with fine dining expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment.
• Foster a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu offerings that reflect current trends.
