THE ROLE…

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the purpose of the Manager, Media & Integrations is to drive our key growth pillars through strategic media and integrations planning and management. You’ll have a head for strategy, a deep understanding of all media and know how to negotiate well.
You’ll be passionate about driving success and love the fast pace of retail, client side.
This position directs the business’ media strategy.
Integrations relate to media related sponsorships and the management of all deliverables for iconic TV shows such as The Block, Open Homes Australia and many well-known influencer projects.
Adding to your skills set is data analysis, ensuring ROI returns are industry best.
We need a seasoned professional, who loves a deadline, with at least 5 years experience to take on this role.

Your day-to-day will also include (but not limited to):

  • Reviewing sales and product strategy to determine the media strategy required
  • Supplier negotiations and relationship management
  • Managing media budgets
  • Understanding our customer and current consumer habits
  • Preparing and implementing media buying plans across all media nationally
  • Management of sponsorship proposals
  • Providing post-campaign ROI reports and data analysis against each campaign
  • Implementation of integrated sponsorship benefits
  • New store openings - Coordinate & implement media launch plan

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
  • Deep understanding of the entire media landscape
  • Up-to-date knowledge of all digital platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in understanding new media and consumer trends
  • Ability to communicate with vision, clarity and consistency
