We are looking for a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team of Global Training & Education and deliver high-quality training sessions to our customers and partners around the world.

• Conduct training sessions on our medical devices and related therapeutic/clinical content for different audiences, such as employees, business partners and customers – in topics related to hemodialysis, acute dialysis and/or apheresis
• Provide after-sales support to our customers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Deliver training via various methods: instructor-led training, blended/hybrid learning, virtual classrooms
• Provide content support for the design and implementation of innovative digital training methods (e.g., mixed reality, 3D simulation)
• Collaborate with product management, R&D and other departments, to share insights and suggestions from the field
• Participate in congresses, symposia and workshops as a speaker and contact person for product and therapy-related topics
• Ensure that you stay up to date on emerging trends, clinical practices and technologies in the field of extracorporeal blood treatments
