You are organized, have a high attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. You’re great with people and have a keen eye for merchandising and brand marketing. Your collaborative leadership style encourages teamwork and fosters strong engagement from both your team and customers alike.
As the Manager, Merchandising & Operations, you’ll use your talents and experience to develop and execute a comprehensive merchandising strategy, oversee product sourcing, selection, pricing, inventory management, and will lead both the retail (irl) and online presence for the Victoria Royals team store.
Operationally, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of the team store, managing staff, training and performance, ensuring service excellence. Additionally, you’ll support the Victoria Royals operations team with administrative and tactical support and actively participate in community events, representing the Royals’ brand across our region.
Ideally, you’ve completed a post-secondary education in marketing, business or related field, have experience creating merchandising strategies and have a high degree of personal and professional accountability.
