EDUCATION
- Bachelor degree or above in business, marketing, economics, commercial law or a comparable degree
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- 5 years or above experience in automotive (luxury) industry, preferred in network development or sales (or similar area)Experience in a joint venture context would be benefitial
KNOWLEDGE / FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE
- Experience in network strategy and planning
- Knowledge about dealer/agent operations incl. knowledge about direct sales approach
- Experience in negotiating and maintaining good relationship with investors/dealers/agents
- Experience in contract and dealer/agent standard creation and remuneration system
- Experience in Global/European Market management
- Experience in project management
KEY COMPETENCIES / SOFT SKILLS
- Experience in leading and inspiring cross functional and international teams
- Excellent analytical, organizational and numeric skills with a results oriented personality
- Confident and effective negotiator - able to consistently reach positive outcomes while building positive internal and external relationships
- Business fluent written and oral communication skills in English, fluent in German or other European language is a plus
